Become a Lacrosse Official: Get in the Game and Earn While You Learn!

Do you love lacrosse and want to stay involved in the action? Strathroy Lacrosse needs you! We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our team of officials for the upcoming season. Officiating box lacrosse is a fantastic way to give back to the sport, stay active, and earn some extra cash—all while having a front-row seat to the game!

Why Become a Lacrosse Official?

  • Earn Money: Officiating is a paid position with great opportunities to officiate games at various levels, including Rep and House League.
  • Stay Active: Get a great workout while enjoying the sport you love.
  • Gain Experience: Develop valuable skills in decision-making, leadership, and game management.

Opportunities to Officiate:

  • You’ll have the chance to referee home games right here in Strathroy as well as games in nearby centers like Sarnia and London.
  • Mileage is reimbursed for any games officiated outside your home center.

We’ve Got Your Back: Training & Reimbursement

  • All officials are required to complete a certification course. To support you, SMLA will fully reimburse the cost of your Officiating Course after you complete your first season with us.
