Harassment, Bullying, and Abuse Contract

The Strathroy Minor Lacrosse Association (SMLA) is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all players, coaches, volunteers, and families. To uphold these values, we require all members of our community to review and agree to the Harassment, Bullying, and Abuse Contract.

Why This Contract Matters:

  1. Ensuring Safety: The contract outlines clear expectations and guidelines to prevent harassment, bullying, and abuse within our organization.

  2. Promoting Respect: By agreeing to these standards, all participants contribute to creating a positive atmosphere where everyone feels valued and supported.

  3. Accountability: The contract establishes a framework for addressing and resolving concerns, ensuring fairness and transparency in every situation.

We encourage everyone to familiarize themselves with the contract and embrace its principles. The signing of this contract is mandatory for all involved with our organization. Together, we can maintain a welcoming and respectful lacrosse community.
